Report: Russia’s RussNeft chooses organizers of IPO
MOSCOW, Aug 4 (PRIME) -- Russian oil company RussNeft has chosen organizers of its initial public offering (IPO), including Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital, Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank, brokerage companies BCS and Aton, Reuters reported Thursday.
In June, chairman of RussNeft’s board of directors Mikhail Gutseriyev said the company planned to raise U.S. $400–500 million through offering of 10% of the company on the Moscow Exchange.
